Hi! I’m Daneel, owner and service provider at The Wax Clinic. I believe that radiance comes from within and you look your best when you feel your best. I noticed my strong passion for skin care and my eye of detail in 2019, when I started making my own skin care products. Since then, I have helped so many people find their inner beauty through helping them maintain their outer beauty.

POLICIES

Scheduling Ettiquette 1. A 50% deposit is required for all NEW CLIENTS. The balance is paid after the service is completed. 2. Recurring clients are NOT required to pay a deposit. Payment can be paid in full after service is completed. 3. If a recurring client decides to reschedule their appointment, a deposit will be required. 4. Appointments can only be rescheduled ONCE before deposit is forfeited. Same day rescheduling and no-show without communication will result in deposit being forfeited. 5. For clients who would like to make payment online, please do so two days in advance to allow enough time for processing. 6. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 7. IIf you're more than 10 minutes late, your appointment can either cancelled and deposit forfeited OR the waxologist will accommodate you IF POSSIBLE and a late fee of $1,000 will be charged. 8. No show without communication will automatically be barred from booking with us in the future. First Time Clients 1. All first time clients especially first time waxers are required to select the steaming option as an add on only for the FIRST session. Confirmations: 1. Our methods of communication are WhatsApp, and Instagram. We will respond to you promptly. 2. Appointments will be confirmed by email as soon as you're scheduled and a reminder will be sent via WhatsApp, DM, or email the day before your appointment. 3. If something beyond our control (weather, sick day etc) requires us to cancel or reschedule, we will give as much notice as possible and your deposit will be refunded if necessary.
